Love Is Liberty Doodles will guarantee that my puppy will be of sound health at the time of puppy delivery. My puppy will come to me with current vaccinations & deworming. My puppy will have a micro-chip implanted & all necessary paper work will be provided to activate the micro-chip number. My puppy is coming to me with a Health Record by a licensed veterinarian.

I understand that the puppy I am buying is from health tested parents. Both parents hips and elbows have been cleared of dysplasia. Both parents have had their eyes examined by a California board certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist and there were no genetic defects found. Both parents have been cleared through parentage for Von Willebrand's Disease (vWD). I understand that my puppy comes to me with a two year inherited genetic defect guarantee starting the day the puppy is born. Love Is Liberty Doodles will replace my puppy in the unfortunate event that my puppy develops life threatening Hip Dysplasia, Patellar Luxation, or Progressive Retinal Atrophy during this guarantee. Diagnostic testing will not be included in reimbursement. I will receive a puppy equal or of better value of our purchase price. If I want the money back, I understand that I must accept the puppy replacement until it is sold for the cash. Love Is Liberty Doodles will be responsible for selling the replacement puppy for me.

I understand that I am expected to have my puppy examined at my expense, by a competent veterinarian of my choice within 2 days of taking possession of my puppy. I understand that if I fail to get the puppy examined by a veterinarian, Love Is Liberty Doodles cannot be responsible for any illness that my puppy may suffer & the health guarantee will be forfeited immediately. Love Is Liberty Doodles does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after the puppy has been given a clean bill of health from the vet exam completed within the 2 days.

I understand that if my veterinarian does not give a clean bill of health, I will provide the veterinarian's opinion in writing. Love Is Liberty Doodles agrees to split the cost of the vet bill for treatment, with in reason. Love Is Liberty Doodles reserves the right to have a second opinion at their expense.

I understand that this puppy is being delivered to me as a pet only, with the condition that I will not breed this puppy and I will have this puppy altered by 7 months of age. Breeding rights are NOT included with this contract, but may be purchased with a separate contract. When my puppy has been altered (spayed/neutered), I understand that I need to provide Love Is Liberty Doodles with a copy of the health records proving that my puppy has been altered. If I do not provide this documentation by the time my puppy is 7 months of age, my health guarantee will be forfeited and become NULL & VOID.

To give this dog the best chance to be a positive addition to my family, I agree to complete basic obedience training with this puppy. Basic training should be at a minimum of sit, down, come, stay, & leash obedient. This is to ensure the success of this puppy and the happiness of you as a new owner. This will give the puppy every chance to be successful, and thus decrease the chance of this puppy being re-homed or unwanted.

I am also aware that all deposits are non-refundable, unless there is not a puppy available for me from the requested litter. I have read and agree to this contract in full by signing below.
